From East-side Manhattan: Take the FDR (North) to the Triboro Bridge and follow the signs to the Bronx/Bruckner Expressway. Continue on the Bruckner to exit, Randall Avenue (stay on the Right Land to the exit). Exit at Randall Avenue (at the exit stay in the left lane), make a Left at the Light onto Randall Avenue; go straight through seven (7) traffic lights (not counting the Light where you turn onto Randall), at the seventh light go one (1) block further and make a Right onto Vincent Avenue; third house on the Left.
North on I-95/or I-80 East to the George Washington Bridge/I-95 North/East Cross Bronx Expressway/Bruckner Expressway (follow the signs toward the Throggs Neck Bridge, keep moving into the Right lane after seeing the signs to Throggs Neck Bridge): Exit at Randall Avenue (first exit on the right), make a Left at the Light onto Randall Avenue; go straight through seven (7) traffic lights (not counting the Light where you turn onto Randall), at the seventh light go one (1) block further and make a Right onto Vincent Avenue; third house on the Left.
I-95 South/From Connecticut/Westchester, go toward the Throggs Neck Expressway: Exit at Randall Avenue (by Villa Barone Restaurant), yield Left, go to traffic light, make a Left onto Randall Avenue, go straight through next light and continue one block, make a Right onto Vincent Avenue; third house on the Left.
From Long Island: Cross Throggs Neck Bridge, go toward I-95 North, Exit at Lafayette Avenue, make the first Right onto Phillip Avenue and the next Right onto Vincent Avenue, go one block cross Randall Avenue, third house on the Left.
From Up-State New York:
Coming South from Middletown, NY
Take Route 6, (unless you are closer to Rt. 17 South) to 17 South; at Harriman, take I-87 SOUTH. Cross the Tappen Zee Bridge; go straight; merge toward all lanes going to White Plains (I-287); you will cross over the town of Elmsford, move over to the RIGHT Lane and Exit at Sprain Brook Parkway SOUTH (the exit will come quickly, but a good land mark is that where the exit is, is a high overpass, which is the Sprain).
The Sprain in time will turn into Bronx River Parkway. You will pass through Yonkers, Mount Vernon and then enter the Bronx. You will see exits to: (but DO NOT take them) Mosholu Parkway, Pelham Parkways East & West, Bronx Zoo; stay in the middle lane until you pass through the wooded area and move into your RIGHT Lane. DO NOT take the first exit (it is going toward Cross Bronx WEST/I-95 South), go under the overpass and immediately make a RIGHT (the turn will be sharp), at the Yield or Stop sign, go straight bearing over into the far LEFT land. There is an Entrance onto Cross Bronx EAST/I-95 North; continue straight (it would be best to move into the middle lane). You will then see signs where a “Y” exists before you; move into the lane where ARROWS are pointing to the THROGGS NECK BRIDGE (I-295 East). There will be another merging highway on your right (Bruckner Expressway), after the merge move quickly into the far RIGHT Lane. The first exit will be Randall Avenue Exit. Go to the first Light and make a LEFT. On the other side of the underpass is another Light; continue straight to Vincent Avenue, where you will make a Right. Our home is the third house on the LEFT (652 Vincent Avenue), you can’t miss it is a tall gray house.
Helpful Landmarks & Streets:
After your exit off the highway there are a total of eight (8) Traffic Lights. The streets of the lights follow: 3rd Light – East Tremont Avenue; 4th Light – Edison Avenue; 5th Light – Logan Avenue; 6th Light – Hollywood Avenue (you will see a school on the Right); 7th Light –Throggs Neck Service Road East; 8th Light – Throggs Neck Service Road West. Again, continue straight for one block and make a RIGHT onto Vincent Avenue.
